If you don't cancel within 3 days of your reservation, you will be charged one night's rate. This policy is necessary because we are a small business. We offer one-on-one service, continental breakfast, and real Southern Hospitality, with a wonderful repeat business. It is not fair to hold a room for days, weeks or longer, only to have you cancel the day before you are to arrive, or not show up at all. We work hard to meet your needs and love working with you, so please return the favor.
